We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mamba Script. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available for different types of products.
Physical Products
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- To request a return, contact us at mambascript.deals@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Custom Products
Custom-designed apparel (e.g. personalized T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys) is made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Digital Products & eBooks
Digital products and eBooks are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will work to resolve it or provide a replacement.
Services
Design and creative services are subject to the agreed scope of work. Deposits or payments for work already commenced are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
