Customer Accounts

To place an order, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Guest checkout is not available.

Product Purchases

Physical Products

Physical products include apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and caps. Prices and availability are displayed on each product page. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Digital Products & eBooks

Digital products are delivered electronically through your account after successful payment. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We support applicable mobile money and card payment methods. An order is not considered paid until payment is verified by Paystack on our servers.

Orders

Each order receives a unique order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and digital products, is the property of Mamba Script or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for orders and accounts.
• Use digital products for personal use unless otherwise licensed.
• Do not share or redistribute purchased digital files.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to access another customer's orders or data.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Custom and digital orders cannot be cancelled once production or access has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Mamba Script is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
