Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Ghana. Delivery to regions outside our standard coverage may be arranged on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before placing your order to confirm.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Tamale and surrounding areas: typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Other regions in Ghana: typically 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made items may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier availability and other factors.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout. Some promotional orders may qualify for free delivery within Tamale.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been verified. You will receive an order confirmation and updates as your order status changes. You can track your order status from your account or our order tracking page.

Tracking

Where available, we provide order tracking so you can follow your delivery. Use your order number on our tracking page for the latest status.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Unavailable Items

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, alternative, or refund.

Digital Products

Digital products and eBooks are delivered electronically through your account immediately after payment is verified — no shipping is required.
